About Tracy Barter
Tracy is a State College native who brings both deep local knowledge and a strong academic foundation to her work, holding degrees in Sociology and Political Science from West Chester University. She began her career in real estate in 2003 as a title agent, gaining valuable insight into the transactional side of the industry. After a brief five-year venture in dental sales, Tracy returned to real estate with renewed perspective and momentum.
Her extensive network, market expertise, and strong community ties have allowed her to successfully navigate and thrive in a highly competitive market.
Beyond her professional work, Tracy is actively involved in the community. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Team Ream Foundation and supports several charitable organizations, including The Jared Box Project, Centre Volunteers in Medicine, Coaches vs. Cancer, and Children’s Miracle Network.
Tracy is a proud wife and mother who values time with family above all else. When she’s not working, you can find her traveling, cooking, skiing, staying active, and enjoying time with friends and loved ones.
