Tom has a B.S. degree in accounting from Penn State, along with public accounting experience as a member of a Big 5 CPA firm.

• Experience—With nearly four decades of combined tenure in the real estate field, no one has better knowledge of our market or more experience in negotiating real estate sales. We have negotiated transactions ranging from $30,000 lots to $30,000,000 corporate offices, from $50,000 townhomes to $700,000 estates.

• Training—We have taken real estate courses at schools such as Penn State and New York University, and have attained designations including Accredited Buyer Representative and Certified Residential Specialist. Tom is presently on the faculty at Penn State, teaching a course in real estate.

• No fees—Our buyer clients never pay so-called "transaction fees" or commissions. Some agents charge fees as high as $500. Why pay an agent when your money can be better spent on appliances or decorating items for you new home? Our compensation comes from the seller or seller’s agent at the time of closing.
